Yes. The asset library lets you upload your logo, brand images, and any other files once, then reuse them across every signature in your organisation. No re-uploading the same file for each employee.

Absolutely. You can assign signatures by individual, by department, by job title, or any combination. A sales rep, a support agent, and your CEO can all have distinct, on-brand signatures — managed from one place.

Your existing signatures remain in Gmail — we don't delete them on cancellation. You simply lose the ability to push future changes through SigSagT. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted.
